Beautiful hair plays an essential role in enhancing your beauty. We all want shiny and healthy hair. Here are a few simple tips and tricks for healthy soft silky hair.
- Stay well hydrated and take a healthy diet containing fruits and vegetables. Include cereals, eggs, peas, meat along with other essential nutrients in diet for healthy & beautiful hair. Take food full of proteins and minerals.
- To include luster to hair, add few drops of fresh lemon juice in water & wash hair with it.
- Boil dried amla in water and wash hair with it to make them shiny & healthy.
- Mix egg white and curd in equal amount. Use the paste to hair & its roots and watch for 30 minutes. Rinse well & wash with shampoo to obtain soft silky hair.
- Always employ a conditioner and shampoo that meets your hair type.
- Avoid unneccessary use of bleach, hair color, dye etc. as it might make hair rough, brittle and develop spilt ends. Test the dye on arm before you apply to avoid scalp allergies.

- Hot or tepid to warm water is not good for hair so always employ cold water for rinsing and washing hair.

- Apply curd with fresh lemon juice or use some medicated shampoo open to cure dandruff.
- Do not rub your wet or damp hair with towel because the chances of falling hair increases. You can blow dry your hair occasionally. Also never go to sleep with wet hair.
- Protect hair from direct sunlight and pollution. Always cover hair with cap or scarf while driving or heading out.
- If you are swimming (wear swim cap) or using hairspray then you need to wash hair thoroughly later else it'll cause split ends and can damage the hair.
