  • Drink lots of water. Nothing does wonders for your skin like 8-10 glasses of water everyday does!

  • Always step out of your house with generous coatings of sunblock.
  • Cleanse your skin thoroughly before hitting off the sack never go to bed with makeup on. The breakouts caused by the residue from the makeup the next day will be horrifying!
  • Stay light on the makeup, especially during the problematic, breakout days. Contrary to popular belief, they don’t conceal as much as you think they do so it’s better to avoid makeup during one of  those days!
  • Rosewater is great for your skin. A handy, bottle of rose water is all you need to spray on your face to have an instantly refreshed and vitalized look.
  • In the end of the day, diet matters the most. A regular intake of green vegetables, fruits and milk in any form is the best fix for a good skin. Incorporate a healthy diet and do away with all the oily, junk and fizzy drinks and you’ll notice a change!
  • Scrubbing is very good way to exfoliate your skin. Instead of investing thousands of rupees over products you can make scrubs at home too with basic kitchen ingredients.

Practical Tips For Healthy and Glowing Skin

Everyone wants to wake up to glowing, beautiful skin every day. Many people go through great measures to have their skin looking healthy and youthful. Following a few beauty tips for glowing skin might help one achieve fresh, young looking skin each and every day.

  • Crush a banana with milk and impact on face and leave it for 25 minutes. Clean it with cold water to obtain a skin that will glow.
  • Apply honey in your face and neck for nearly 20 minutes. Sponge down it with cold water. The skin will shine and become smooth and soft.
  • Mix some honey with tomato juice to obtain a solid paste. Apply this mixture on your face and wash after Fifteen minutes.
  • Mix egg white with honey and apply evidently for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.
  • Compose a paste of 1 teaspoon of walnut powder, honey and fresh lemon juice. Cleanse your face with this paste and then leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.
  • Wipe a bit of papaya on your face and neck for Fifteen minutes.
  • Make a paste by mixing two tablespoon turmeric powder in orange juice. Polish it in your face and neck and leave it for 25 minutes. Wash it with cold water.
